Class Descriptions
Yoga is a non-competitive practice. Each student works his or her own mat to the best of his or her ability. Since individuals hold stress in different areas of the body, no two students asanas (poses) will look the same. All levels of fitness, age and body type are welcome. Modifications for each individual level are made with blocks, straps, and the walls, so that each student can experience the benefits of yoga.
Gentle yoga : Great for those who like it gentle or who are recovering from an illness or injury.
Noon Yoga: For the busy person who wants to do yoga on their lunch break.
Yoga: For all levels, good for the soul, lots of laughter.
